AR99 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and AR99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "ar99") governing all use of the ar99.vu website, its games, betting markets, promotions, VIP programme, and all associated services.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all players accessing ar99 from Pakistan or from any other location where access to the platform is not explicitly prohibited.

AR99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

2 Account Registration

To access the full features of AR99 – including deposits, withdrawals, bonus eligibility, sports betting, casino games, Bingo, and VIP participation – you must hold a registered account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals who meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and contact details.
• Only one account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity or payment details.
• Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login details with any third party.

Identity Verification

AR99 may request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including before processing withdrawals or activating bonuses. This is standard practice for responsible platform operation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

3 Age Verification

AR99 is strictly an adults-only platform. The minimum age to register and use ar99 is 18 years. This applies to all features of the platform including free-to-play games, bonus participation, and all wagering activities.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. AR99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the account relationship. Accounts where the player is found to be under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds including deposits will be returned to the payment source after appropriate verification. Any winnings generated by underage players will be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Payments

AR99 processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversion fees. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. The list of active payment methods is displayed in your account dashboard at the time of deposit.

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at checkout before you confirm any transaction.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• AR99 does not accept deposits made from business accounts or unverified payment sources.
• Deposits are credited to your AR99 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Standard processing through JazzCash and Easypaisa is instant under normal conditions.

Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per transaction and may vary by payment method, account tier, and any self-imposed limits the player has set through the Responsible Gaming tools. Players are responsible for managing their deposit activity within their personal budget.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. If the original method is unavailable, alternative methods may be offered subject to verification.

Withdrawal Conditions

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction. The current minimum is displayed in your account dashboard at the time of request.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods that have been verified and are registered in your own name.
• Where identity verification documents have been requested and not yet provided, withdrawals may be held pending receipt and review of those documents.
• Active bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Your real-money balance remains withdrawable at any time regardless of any active bonus.
• AR99 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe displayed in the Withdrawal section of the platform. VIP members benefit from priority processing and higher per-transaction withdrawal limits.

Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts carry per-transaction and daily withdrawal limits. These limits increase progressively as you advance through the AR99 VIP programme tiers. Current limits are always visible in your account dashboard before you submit a withdrawal request.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

AR99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback deals, cricket and PSL match-day promotions, and VIP-exclusive offers. All bonuses are optional and must be actively claimed unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balance pools. Your real-money PKR balance is always available for withdrawal regardless of any active bonus.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per verified identity. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• AR99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player has an active bonus, reasonable time will be given to complete any outstanding wagering requirement.
• Bonuses claimed in breach of these Terms – including through duplicate accounts, misuse of referral systems, or exploitation of technical errors – will be voided along with any winnings generated from them.

Game Weighting

Different game types contribute to bonus wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute at 100%, while table games, Live Casino, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. The exact weighting for each active bonus is specified in that offer's individual terms, which are accessible from the Promotions section.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The AR99 Bet section covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and other sports markets. All sports bets are subject to the following conditions in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed within the betting interface.

Bet Settlement

• Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for cricket, FIFA for football). In cases of ambiguity, AR99's decision on the applicable result is final.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all pre-match bets on that fixture will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) bets accepted after an event has effectively concluded due to a delay in data transmission may be voided at AR99's discretion.
• Bets placed on events involving AR99-identified corrupted markets or match-fixing will be voided regardless of the outcome.

Odds and Errors

AR99 takes reasonable steps to ensure all displayed odds are accurate. Where an obvious error in odds is identified – including but not limited to decimal errors, inverted odds, or odds substantially out of line with market consensus – AR99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's PKR balance. AR99 will not be held liable for losses arising from bets placed on erroneous odds that the player could reasonably have identified as incorrect.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. Current limits are displayed within the bet placement interface. Bets that result in winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout will be settled at the maximum payout amount for that market.

8 Casino and Slots

AR99 offers a casino library spanning over 500 titles including video slots, classic slots, Live Casino tables (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat), and other table games. All games are provided by third-party game providers and operate on certified random number generator (RNG) systems.

• AR99 does not control the outcome of any casino game. Game results are determined solely by the RNG of the relevant game provider.
• Return to player (RTP) figures displayed in the game lobby are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any particular outcome in a single session.
• Technical malfunctions in a game – including disconnections during a live session – will be handled in accordance with the game provider's rules. Bets that cannot be settled due to a technical fault will typically be voided and stakes returned.
• AR99 reserves the right to remove, substitute, or modify games in the casino library at any time without prior notice.

9 Bingo Terms

The AR99 Bingo section offers multiple room types with varying ticket prices, prize pools, and promotional overlays. Bingo games run on a scheduled basis with room opening and closing times displayed within the Bingo lobby.

• Bingo tickets must be purchased before the game starts. Tickets purchased for a specific room are non-refundable once that game has commenced.
• Winning patterns are determined by the rules displayed within each room. Claims are automatically verified by the system – manual claims are not required.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a Bingo result, the system log constitutes the authoritative record. Player screenshots or external records will not be accepted as evidence.
• Progressive jackpots in Bingo rooms accumulate over time and are awarded when the stated winning condition is achieved. Unclaimed progressive jackpots are not carried forward indefinitely and may reset after the displayed deadline.

10 VIP Programme

The AR99 VIP programme rewards loyal players through a tiered system running from Bronze to Diamond. Benefits at each tier include weekly PKR cashback, priority withdrawal processing, higher transaction limits, and exclusive promotional offers.

• VIP tier progression is based on cumulative real-money wagering activity over the applicable assessment period. Bonus wagers do not count toward VIP tier progression.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses in the preceding calendar week and credited to the player's account balance every Monday. Cashback funds carry no wagering requirement from Silver tier upward.
• AR99 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefit values, and programme structure. Existing VIP members will be notified of material changes with reasonable advance notice.
• VIP status may be reviewed or revoked where a player is found to have violated these Terms, engaged in bonus abuse, or attempted to manipulate tier progression through artificial wagering patterns.

11 Responsible Gaming

AR99 is committed to operating a platform that supports responsible gaming practices. Gaming on ar99 is intended as entertainment for adults who are playing within their personal means. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced with immediate effect; increases require a cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen reminders displaying the duration of your current session after a set time period of your choosing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of your choosing. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely block access to your account. Self-exclusion is enforced immediately and cannot be reversed before the stated exclusion period has expired, regardless of subsequent requests.

12 Account Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting AR99 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money PKR balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

AR99 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or other forms of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Confirmed underage account usage.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, AR99 reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits remain refundable subject to verification and any outstanding investigation.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the ar99.vu platform – including but not limited to the AR99 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, promotional graphics, game interfaces, and written content – is the intellectual property of AR99 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express written permission of AR99.

Game content, including slot game graphics, Live Casino interfaces, and Bingo room designs, is the property of the respective third-party game providers and is subject to their own intellectual property protections. Players may not record, stream, or redistribute game content in any format without prior authorisation.

14 Limitation of Liability

AR99 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

• AR99 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, third-party payment provider delays, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, or force majeure events.
• AR99 is not responsible for the actions of third-party game providers, including game errors, RNG outcomes, or Live Casino dealer decisions.
• AR99's liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident is limited to the value of the wager or deposit directly involved in that incident.
• AR99 does not accept liability for financial losses arising from a player's gaming activity beyond the amounts deposited by that player into their AR99 account.

Nothing in this limitation of liability section excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

15 Changes to These Terms

AR99 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the AR99 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure. Your real-money PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method following verification.
